We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within Lebanon, and internationally.

Once the order is submitted, it will be dispatched within maximum 10 working days. Once the item is dispatched, it will be delivered via secured Fedex or DHL depending on the destination, and delivered within 48 hours.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country rules and regulations.
If you are ordering to Lebanon, import duties will not be applicable.

 

Returns and Exchange

Returns are not applicable, however for exchange, kindly contact us on info@falamank.com with your order number to lead you through the process.

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, unworn jewelry is eligible for exchange within 10 days from date of delivery, taking into consideration that the item is not worn and in good condition. Unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, bespoke goods that have been customized or made to your own specifications which we do not carry in stock may not be exchanged under any circumstance.

However, please be aware that all costs incurred in shipping returns are under customer responsibility. Duty reclaims on returns are also under the responsibility of the customer.

Repairs

If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of Falamank Fine Jewelry, kindly email us on info@falamank.com. Please include your full name, email address, order number and detailed repair issue.

We will only accept repairs for items purchased on our e-commerce platform falamank.com. Repairs for items purchased at our retailers must be returned through their original point of purchase only.

Depending on the damage, any Falamank Jewelry piece can only be repaired and not replaced with an item of equal value.
