TWENTY YEARS
BY TARFA ITANI

A Legacy in Gold

Twenty years ago, a Lebanese woman sat in Beirut with a vision that she could build something beautiful, something lasting, something the world would want to wear. That woman was Tarfa Itani. And that vision became Falamank.

What We Survived

Twenty years in Beirut is not like twenty years anywhere else. We built this maison through wars, through economic collapse, through the devastation of 2020. There were moments that tested everything — the business, the spirit, the belief that beauty still mattered.
We never stopped. Not once. Falamank stayed in Beirut not despite everything this city has faced, but because of it. Every piece we have made carries that resilience in its gold.

What We Built

From a single atelier in Verdun, Falamank grew into a maison worn across continents — in Beirut, Paris, Los Angeles, New York, and Doha. Featured in Vogue UK, recognized by Forbes, and collected by women around the world who chose us for our craftsmanship, our heritage, and our soul. None of this happened by accident. It happened piece by piece, woman by woman.

What Comes Next

Twenty years is not a finish line. It is a foundation. We enter our next chapter with the same fire we started with — and more love for this craft than ever.

Thank you for being part of this story.

Beirut-born. Designed with soul. Twenty years strong.
